“First off, I had been trying to sell my townhome in Alpharetta for several months through another agent before signing up with the Barnes Young Team. Previously, I had found little success, believing that I was just out of luck and that this house would never sell. As I am sure you are aware, townhomes in the suburbs are a dime a dozen (there were several in my neighborhood for sale), and I wondered what made mine stand out. Well, one week with you and I new what made it different. You taught me the importance of a good presentation: picutres, brochures and and willingness to go the extra mile. I found it so refreshing that even though the house I was selling was “only” in the mid 100K range, you treated my sell like it was a mansion and that was such a difference than my past experience. Once my home sold, there was not a question in my mind as to whom I wanted to help me purchase my new home. It is funny; I had thought “Oh, I don’t need an agent. I can do this myself.” HA!
