Jennifer Barnes

Atlanta has been my home since 1983 when I left my small town in Tennessee to attend Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia. A job offer with Wachovia Bank(then known as First Atlanta) kept me here. My successful and exciting career assures me Atlanta will always be my home.

I have been an active, licensed real estate agent for 15 years. I work with a team of three highly trained licensed agents whose ultimate goal is to make the process of buying and selling your home enjoyable, trouble free and financially advantageous to you. Our energy, enthusiasm, experience and expertise have successfully assisted over 600 families move into, out of and all around the Metro Atlanta area. After moving to Atlanta, I knew I had found the city I wanted to start my career in. I have been active in residential real estate since 2001. Having lived in a great number of different places in my life, I have loved living here in Atlanta for the past 8 years. Moving around so much in my life gave me a unique perspective on the difference in my mind between a house and a home. So it was only natural that after almost twenty years in retail sales and management I would eventually find my way into real estate. I enjoy hunting through houses to find the perfect home! Atlanta has been home to me for the past 21 years. Moving here from Tennessee to live in my father's childhood home, my parents wanted me to have the luxury of attending top notch schools. After leaving the city to attend college in Athens at the University of Georgia, I was sure I wanted my career to begin in Atlanta so I moved back to the city where I found my home in real estate. I began behind the scenes moving into a lead role as Marketing Manager. My love for helping people buy and sell homes has pushed me to continue my growth and attain my 0. own real estate license.
